I purchased a Sim card and activated an account, I added funds, and transferred a number over, but I have no service at all. I tried buying a different sim card, but it was the same issue. "sim not provisioned"
I am very frustrated, as I have now paid for a plan and sim card that I cant use. my phone is unlocked, I am thinking it is an account issue but no one will get back to me! I am not sure what to do.

@Creativeteddy81 - no need to try another SIM card, if your account is showing Active, can you try your SIM into another phone to see if any services work?
If they don't work, contact a CSA to check your account.
