Acct suspended after Port from freedom mobile

I just ported my number from freedom mobile. It was activated after making the payment. When i try to use the phone it says my account is suspended. In my account it says i owe 126$. I am not sure why i am being asked to pay if ive already paid when as activating.

It's a system glitch you need mod assistance
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* PM SIM card number
* Detailed explanation
