Yes, go ahead to open ticket as advised above.  PM Support usually will reply back within an hour or two.  But check the Community inbox here  for their reply

You tried Forgot password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/)  and try to enter all the possible email addresses you have and see which one works?  Once you entered the correct email address, you will be asked to answer the security question

 

 

If still fails that way to reset password that way, please open ticket with PM Support and they will sort that out for you
