eSIM transfer

I have bought the plane on my old phone but as I login the account into the new phone I can’t active it

on the new phone, download the Public Mobile app and log in to your account. You'll have to get a new esim..but it'll be free this time.

So if you are using eSIM,  the eSIM must be downloaded only on the phone you plan you use. So if you did it on your old phone, you have to download the Public Mobile App yo your new phone and buy eSIM again. You cannot transfer it.
