Hi there!
Im with public mobile for 2 years now, and it’s all been great except for this one thing recently. When I try to log into an account and it tries to send me a verification code through my phone number, it started to show up very late, and not only public mobile but all the 2FAs if they are SMS.
All other messages are getting through instantly, only 2FAs are taking tooooooo long, even when im trying to log in to public mobile it gives you 5 mins to enter the code, I never can get in with SMS. I need to email it afterwords.
This is a new thing as before this was working perfectly, has anyone faced something similar if yes how to fix this?

Android or iPhone? if Android, try using Google Message as the default message app. If you already using Google Message, backup important text, then uninstall, reboot phone and reinstall
or test your sim card on another phone to see if the delay is same
if same, then ask CS agent to refresh your account. You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

With all, banking/amazon/PM ... All of them but only 2FAs. If ill withdraw money from banking will get SMS immediately. When im trying to log in with SMS 2FA it gonna teke forever to get it.

Do you experience issues with 2FA with PM ONLY or any other 2FA is delayed?
