Hello there,
I cannot receive messages to reset my password to my phone number.
When I tried to reset, the system said a link was sent to my phone, but I did not receive the link

Remember that each account has it own email address…1 account/1 email…the password can be the same.
You can’t have 2 account under 1 email address. If you did, the last account will suspend the first account.
You need to contact a CS_Agent to straighten this out for you or if you did have 2 separate email address. The agent can help you access your second account during staff working hours of 9:00 to 10:00pm EST.
