@Putteyhead account number is 8n the profile page after you logged into My Account. What exact error you got when you login?
Try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

There is a cache issue with the website so clear The cache, cookie and go incognito on a laptop or desktop.
Have the 2 FA code sent by text then go to Profile and move cursor over the hidden account number.

@Putteyhead Try again incognito mode private mode or another device or laptop then go to profile tab for your account number
