Maybe putting it out there may cause them to recall putting those two pieces of information on the online activation.
Thus, no CSA intervention would then be required.

Either way, the OP will still need CSA assistance. So what's the difference.

They probably had their activation done in a store , awhile ago and didn't get around to creating the self service account, when they got home.
It's been known to happen a lot.

How and when did you complete your activation here, @Ray131?
If online, you created a self serve account during that process.
It's the email address and password you entered.

hi @Ray131 open ticket with PM support and have them to open the My Accout for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
The link is at the bottom of this page.
If you have trouble using the Chat Bot Simon, you can also send a private message to CS_Agent for help too.

How do I talk to one?

If you don't have an account yet, you'll have to get a Customer Support Agent to set one up for you.
