Hello, my gf forgets her information for logging in online. I initially set it up for her and can't remember the information either. She's currently locked. Looking for some help please.

@craigf85 by this time the account will be unlocked. It gets locked with too many failed attempts.
Try again, but try the Forgot your password option now (See @Anonymous post)
Also, just checking, does she have Active services, or are services Suspended?
After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.
2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

@craigf85 hope you have luck with the Forgot Password link.
In case you need to contact PM to reset it, use Chatbot to open ticket
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@craigf85 : Can you check all your known email inboxes for the welcome email from here when the account was activated? Or even marketing emails. That email address is the login id. Then you can use the Forgot your password? link to reset the password. You'll then need to know the answer to the security question you chose.
