If you are porting out your number, your PM account closes as soon as that is complete and no further action needs to be taken. Is this the case?

@Breanda You could dial 611 and remove the subscription / auto pay. Your renewal would fail and after 90 days your account would be closed. You could also contact customer service at the link below and ask them to remove your payment details.
