so you can't make payment, open ticket with PM support and ask them to fix it

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

If you have no services @Khurram and and you cannot access your account and when you call 611 your account is suspended, you can look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611, see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

When is your plan renewal date ? Can you still call/text and use your data ? If so, your plan is just going through the renewal process...it'll be fine tomorrow as long as you have a valid credit card set to Autopay, on your account.
If the phone is not working...follow advise provided by @softech

@Khurram you might want to remove your phone number for your own protection
Can you login to My Account and make a manual payment to reactivate? Click the button Reactivate my plan, it will bring you to payment page and you can complete the manual payment there
