if it is simply suspended, means no payment for less than 90 days, then you can just login My Account and make a payment to resume service. When you login, they will try to send you 2FA, click Didn't Receive code and then send email to get the code via email
if your account was suspended for over 90 days, that it would be closed ,and no way to get back the same phone number, you have to activate new account
