Hi,
I'm still in my 3 months plan and my 10 day us roaming lapsed today. Seemed to have been suspended after I tried to purchase another 10 day via 611. Now it asks me to repurchase another 3 months to reactivate when I go online.

@jf, sorry to hear that you are having issues. It is best if you PM a mod with your phone number and sim card number and explain what is going on. Currently @MarieHelene_L is online and the mod workng today and I am sure she will do her best to get you up and running again.
