I recently purchased an esim (August 10) and when I logged in to complete my activation (life is busy), there was a note that my subscription was suspended August 28th with a service plan from July 28 - August 28. 

I would like to cancel my subscription but there is no way to do that without paying for another month.  Do I just let this ride out and let my account expire naturally?

I just don't want to get charged for services that I'm not using.

@KCS, are you looking to cancel for good? You can go into your account either through the website or the PM app and unsubscribe. If your account is left like this for 90 days or more it will automatically be closed but you will also lose your phone number for good. If you wish to keep your number you will need to have your PM account in an active state and then port out your number.

To be extra certain to not be charged any more you could reach out to a CS agent (orange circle bottom right of your screen, then type: Customer Support Agent) and request that they remove your credit card on file.
