PM does not have call centre which you can call.  PM support is provided by this community forum and is a members helping members model.  If your issue requires access to your account, you need to create a support ticket.  A CS Agent will contact you to solve your account issue.  A CSAgent is a PM employee who is real person you are looking for.

 

If you activate your PM account online, a self-serve account was created for you at the end of the activation process.  Use your email address, provided by you during activation, as the username and the password, provided by you during activation.

@ipaata1   if you have access to My Account, this is the quickest way, unless you forgot the login 

 

Are you trying to port out the phone number, if the choice is there one the new provider, you can try to enter IMEI number instead of account number

 

If account number is really needed, and you don't have My Account access, open ticket with support to get the access back

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

PM is all done online so no live person to talk to. Not really that hard to do.

If you can’t login to your account due to login ID or password are incorrect.

You need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account to get the account number.

Why not? Need 2FA for the email box? Don't have an active account for the SMS option for both?

@ipaata1   There is a chance you can find the account number from the Welcome email, if you can find it

 

if not, login to My Account, profile page and it is there
