At this point in time, without knowing if there is any account issue or if the customer was succeful at finding an account number, there isn't any reason to contact a CSA. This would potentially be a waste of the customer's time and it will also slow the the service response time for all other customers.

If you received an activation email with you activated with public mobile, check the TO line of that email, the account number should be listed there as well @novelbarrant

@novelbarrant , to get the account number please login to the self serve account, click on the profile tab and the account number information should be on the right side. Hover over the eyeball to reveal.
