This depends on a few factors include ticket case load and the type of issue that Public Mobile was contacted about. Also, you should know that in all case of customers contacting Public Mobile's CSAs without going through SIMon will automatically be slower. it may take a few hours or it could be a couple of days. There's no way to know until you've received a private message from a CSA.

@sulindersingh - maybe you never registered for a Self Serve account yet. This is possible if you had an in-store activation.

Yes, you have no access there yet, just open a ticket with CS Agent, they respond quick and you can get back onto My Account fast:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Actually I can't remember the email and I tried looking for the public mobile emails but can't find it anywhere

If you still have the welcome email from here when you signed up then the account is in the to area. You might need to dig into headers or source. And if you do have it then that's the email login id. Or other marketing emails.
