You can get your account number by logging into your self serve account. It is on the top right hand corner. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator.

Moderators can take a few hours to up to 48 hours to respond. Usually quicker though. Is there anything that the community members can help with? Lots of issues can be solved without moderator help.
If you need account number and can't access self service account, you should have received a welcome email from public mobile which showed your account number in the address section of email (to: section).
