We are trying to get account numbers for our two phones. One belongs to me and the other to my wife. When I try to go to profile on my wife's phone it just goes to me with the same account number. How can we get account numbers for each phone?

@DenisMcD1 - are you both trying to port out? It is best if you can do this using the account number.
It is likely your wife has never created/registered to log into her My Account/Self Serve. Search email inboxes for 'Public Mobile' that the store (that is where I am guessing the activation took place) may have been given to activate her account. The account number will be in the TO location of the activation email.
Otherwise CSA could assist in providing the account number or get access to her My Account. Or, alternatively, port out using the IMEI number of her phone (option 2).

It's simple, sign into your Account from your phone and her Account from her phone.
Public Mobile has alot of cache issues and will often show the same details on another account right after signing into another one.
Everytime I switch accounts I have to clear my default browser cache and app cache in settings so that it doesn't show me the details of the previous account that I was signed into.
You can alternatively use a Private Browsing/incognito window.

sorry, PM system is one email for only one account. You must have a different email address for the second account. If you never aware there is another login, likely it was setup long time ago in store and wasn't setup the email login, you will need to engage support to create a login for the 2nd account:

@DenisMcD1 You can’t have same email for both phones .one phone number per account with its own email . You must have used a different email for one of them

I am logging on using the same email address that we use for both phones. Of course we have different numbers one for each phone. When I do log on to public mobile using my wife's phone it just goes to my account and give me my account number not hers how do I get the account number associated with her phone number.

I believe you know where to find the account number. Try to login with your email address for your wife account using Incognit/Private/Secret mode

you are logging on using different email addresses? If you are, you will need to using browser with Incognito mode
If you are using app, you have to clear app cahce first

@DenisMcD1 Each account will have its own email log into them and go to the profile page for the account number . Or you can ask support for it also
