I am looking for my account number but when I sign in with the email address associated to my phone number it says "lets complete your activation". I went to the support agent and she said she cannot find the account number. She also refuses to look it up by the phone number even though I gave all my personal verification details.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? Its clearly a system problem. It is an active line and I was just billed for it a few days ago.

unfortunately that doesnt work. Even when I try to use my active public mobile phone number, it doesn't recognize it. Very strange situation. Have you seen this before?

The error just indicates the EverSafe login system was unable to find your My Account from your email login. Easy fix for PM and you just need to engage them by direct message
