Not mentioned here is that if you might still have the welcome email from here from when you signed up then the account number is in there. You might have to dig around in the technical details of the email. But it should be there.

@gupt007ash did you try using Incognito mode or try with another browser?
If none of those works, then, you will need to open ticket with PM support

Sir I’m unable to login to self serve or reset my self serve. The server fails with my request

@gupt007ash If you still have access to your self serve account then log into it making sure to clear cookies/cache and use incognito mode and then select Profile on the left hand side of page and the account # is available on the right hand side of the Profile page.

Please log into your Self Serve account. The account number is in the Profile section.

Log in to your account / Profile...right side of page you should see your acct number.
