Account not Activated but charged

My subscription was not activated. I tried to go back and fix the steps, but the online application will not allow me to. I need to attempt back in July. I know have a charge on my credit card even though my subscription was not activated. I am unable to reach anybody. This is terrible customer service.

There's no reason to repeat the same information provided more than 1.5 hours earlier.
