Hi,
My account is linked to an email i no longer use. And i dont remember the email or password. The credit card auto billing info needs to be updated so i really need to login. Does anyone know how i can log in? Thank you

Do you have a bunch of emails and just forget the one used because you can just search for Public Mobile and once you find it use the forgot password link as suggested. May be much quicker otherwise CSA is only option

Try to check your different email accounts. You would have received a welcome Public mobile email when you first activated your account. If you find the email, then you can reset your password.
Otherwise, you will need to submit ticket for customer service agent help. It will take some time for their response. Chat with Simon to submit a ticket.

@Windblown In this case, you will have to open ticket with PM Support to have them change the email address used for My Account for you as well as reset the password. They usually reply within 1 or 2 hours

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
Once you got the login sorted out, you can then login to My Account and change the credit card from Payment Tab: click Manage my card at the bottom of that page and then click Replace this credit card
