ON the "My Account" tab on the app, sometime I see a one-line json code saying {"login": "invalid code"} or something like that ( I don't have it now).

@dlednak , it is probably a data caching issues. I experienced it today. Shutting down the tab and initiating a new one cleared things up for me.

@dlednak Make sure if using the web to incognito private mode or use a different device . As for the all you can try to uninstall it and re install it might help

Occasionally I have to try multiple times to go to "My Account" because of this issue.

@dlednak Not entirely sure what you mean . But if you’re able to log in and manage your account and services are working call text data . I wouldn’t be to concerned probably system glitch or cache issue
