Hi, my account is locked, I need to change a credit card.

Hi, finally I dicovered that the 2 accounts were under different emails. Get access and changes, no issue.

@Franck22  Each account has to have its own email . So for one of them you must have used a different email when you first joined PM . Try sending to and email you have used in the past . Or get support to help you regain access to it

I try to login with the new app and on the website, both seems to be locked. I had 2 accounts using the same email, i was able to change email and cc paymnt in 1 acoount but the 2nd account access went locked, please help. Thks

for the time being...you can get payment vouchers at Shell gas, London drug or other retail outlets, dial 611 to add the $$ vouchers to you4r account for next renewal. Then deal with updating credit card issue at your leisure.

@Franck22  Have you created your new ever safe ID since the new system update . Try down loading the new PM app and creating it now
