Hi, finally I dicovered that the 2 accounts were under different emails. Get access and changes, no issue.Thks for the help

I try to login with the new app and on the website, both seems to be locked. I had 2 accounts using the same email, i was able to change email and cc paymnt in 1 acoount but the 2nd account access went locked, please help. Thks
