Account locked - need to make payment

Hello,

 

My account has been locked as I forgot the password, and the security answer is incorrect. My account is currently disabled, and I need to access my account in order to change the form of payment to reactivate my service. Help please!!!!

@ANASS  Instant vouchers at recharge.com are face value plus 20% (so a premium over store purchase). As noted, add them by dialing 611; if you end up with a larger voucher than needed the balance will remain on your account for the next renewal.

If you tried to log in multiple times without success, your account is locked for about an hour.

Try later and if it does not work very first time with another password you did not try yet, contact agent for assistance.

 

- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented. If ticketing does not work very fist time do the below.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

In either case watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Is your current registered card expired or changed?

You can use 611 and your 4 digit pin to make a payment if the card is fine for the moment.

You can also buy vouchers and use the 611 (without your pin) to enter.

You can also use the instant top up service in a few stores.

Then you can figure out your login and change your card while your service is working.

Your account will be locked for one hour.  You can try again to reset your password after one hour.  

 

Or you will need to contact customer service agent to gain access to your account.

CSA wait times at 1-2 hours usually. Check your private message inbox for response.
