Account locked because of incorrect password, please reset

My account has been locked for months, I can't log in. Password reset doesnt work, I get the following error"  

"ForgotPassword/OldPasswordNotValidContactAdmin"

Please reset my password and account.

I had the exact same issue the other day. Send a private message to @Shazia_K explaining your situation, make sure to include your phone number and PIN. Depending on the back log you should get a response shortly with a new temporary password.
