Hi,
Im just wonder wyy my plan not work in US. Last time I switch my plan to US-Canada for every 3 months. Now I'm in US and it doesnt work. Thanks

please try this. On the Connection screen, change the Mobile network from Automatic to Manual , and then manually select Public Network. The R should go away and test the data again
If data still not work, try Reset All Networks once more. If still no data, can you tell us if you are using iPhone or Android?

I can't make any call, no data at all. My icon show full signal with R. I checked my data, and roaming, all on.

What doesn’t work about it? Is data not working? If so you’ll have to enable data roaming on your phone…

Your plan is currently the Canada-US plan? If yes then make sure your roaming is on and you’re connected to AT&T or T-Mobile. For data if 5G/4G doesn’t work try 3G.
