@mgodin - Also there is a way to see if your phone number is able to be ported to Public Mobile. (Ignore that it is Koodo, all of the Telus Family uses this phone number port tool.) https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do

@mgodin : Yes you can keep your existing phone number generally, but you will need to port your old number from your previous provider to public mobile. For more instructions please refer to, https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/transfer-your-number

If you port it in from your old service provider, then you’ll be able to keep your current phone number instead of having to get a new one.
