Hello, I'm a long time public mobile customer and I've had an account for +3years at least. Recently I logged into my account and was made to re-subscribe to a new phone plan, lost all my benefits and lost my phone number. I'm trying to get those back so any help with this is much appreciated. Thanks!

if your service is still working, then no worries. The problem you see was just you have not logged in My Account for too long and you missed last year when PM migrated to EverSafe login system.
No big issue, PM support agent can help. They will help to link your login back to your My Account. Just submit a ticket by direct message:

@bao_tista - Was your account on suspension? If it is past 90 days you will lose your account and your phone number.
If it has a "Subscription Not Activated" message just continue as you may have not logged into My Account for awhile (Before May 2023)
Also try "Forgot Email"
