Hello I need help to find out what exactly my account consisted of i I don’t think it’s working properly please @CS_Agent

Are you able to log into your account online? Easiest way to do it is go to publicmobile.ca and log in. Once you log in, on the left side you'll see a circled list of things. Go to Subscriptions and Add ons.
Then look in the middle top you'll see something like this...
This tells you what you get for the fee you pay. Also, look at the price and then go to the website and check the options that match your price you're paying for more detail. Hope this helps.

@Sparks - if you are wondering which plan you are on, can you not see this in My Account?
Perhaps, if you call 611 and check your data balance it will provide some help for the amount of data you are on. These 611 balances include anything remaining in your Plan and Addon data.

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR
2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support (link is provided in #3 below as well).
3 -Use this link (same as #2) Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)
