I joined PM on August 25,and they took 2 payments from my credit card, and my account says it is 0 .Why is that?

I am new at this, and don't know what to do a lot of times 

I didn't get it resolved yet.

@ZuckMark you could have activated twice by accident.  Open ticket with PM to get this sort out. 

 

DO NOT try to have credit card to cancel it, you could have lock your account that way and you would then need to use viciher to pay for a full year to clear it up.

Not a good idea. PM will make your life very difficult if bank gets involved (chargeback).

Deal with agent first.

Is one charge 'pending'?

Did your signing up go smoothly or you had to refresh page or fight some errors on page?

Can you try using the little spinner refresh icon lower down? Maybe the extra money will show up then.

Did you have difficulty signing up? Maybe that's why you see two payments in your credit card (I'm assuming that's what brought you here). Maybe one of the payments is still in pending status and it hasn't dropped off yet.
