Hi, I have been having such a difficult time navigating how to make a payment online. Can anyone please assist me and show or tell me how? Thank you so much!

The website is finicky and has caching issues.  You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or maybe try to login on a different device or on the PM app.

@amerahrahman - On my account.publicmobile.ca you will see this to make a manual payment:

Step 1: Go to "Payments"

Then click on "Add funds with a Credit / Debit card"

Then enter new Credit Card info.

Or if you want to see the history of your payments click on "Payment History"

Also if it doesn't work try removing cookies / use incognito / secret / private browsing mode. Or use another device on the App or the Website.

I can't  seem to move past logging into my account. It appears that I can access community, but not the account. It shows that there was an error processing starting today and the other times it would ask me to buy a new subscription (usual case). The result of the error was buying an e-sim accidentally yesterday. I just want them to take my money. I don't understand how it's difficult to navigate the self-serve account. I feel so lost and stressed. I've sent a private message to the CS_agent. I'm waiting for a response. Is anyone going through the same thing?
