Hello, because I don't have a Canadian creditcard I ask the support what to do. They reply I should go to a telus store and buy a physical SIM card. Now, I have a physical SIM card but still need a Canadian creditcard to activate. Is there any other solution for this issue? Thanks!

@Findus18 you didn't buy enough prepaid card with enough funds?

We have code for $10 , but that won't help. The code will only give you credit AFTER you activate by paying full amount.  Yes, all OM promo code are a credit after you paid in full.  

Since yours is a prepaid, you can load enough more finds to it at a store so you can activate. Or you might want to choose a cheaper plan instead

Okay guys, after hours of try and error, I was able to register my prepaid credit card with an Canadian Adresse. Now I'm able to place to order but now, I have 2$ to less on my card to finish😄 somebody have a promocode for around 2$?

you don't put your US address and zip code

the great news for use prepaid credit card is you just use any valid Canadian address.  So, get a residential address from a friend, a Canadian one and make sure you have a matching postal code and it will work.

So I bought a Canadian joker visa prepaid card. Now I get the error, that the zip code I enter doesn't match the card zip code. The support don't know what is the reason for this mistake. Im really mad know. I spend so much time, energy and money for the physical SIM card, voucher and visa card and nothing works. Really bad.

@Chalupa_Batman I can confirm prepaid Visa card works, and also can confirm voucher does not work for activation.   When my relatives came from Europe, I helped and asked PM if voucher can be used for activation, answer is no

So, I went London Drugs and brought a Prepaid Visa and helped to activate and worked perfectly. So, you have my first hand experience to trust and use as a proof

You can not sign up with Public Mobile with any prepaid credit card. People continue to share this false information yet not one person out there has ever shown to be successful. No proof to what brand of prepaid credit card, what make as in Mastercard or Visa. Until someone shows proof of this, I'm still going with this answer.

prepaid credit card should work. Which prepaid card you got? May e post an image of that prepaid card (don't show any number) and we can confirm

I am surprised it won’t accept the CC. Maybe try asking the CS_Agent if They will accept the CC when they reply back to you. It is a Canadian reloadable Visa CC?
