Hi there,
Just activated my sim card and although it seemed to take payment, a message stating "Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank">publicmobile.ca/community for assistance."
popped up in red letters.
I'm not able to log in into my account and my PM sim card is not active.

So only solution is message a MOD and wait I guess?

Since you have already activated the sim, you can't reactivate it, thats why you are getting that error message.

So basically re-do the activation but with a new number and then port it?
Just tried to do a new activation with the same Sim card and it says invalid Sim.
Not sure what else I can do?

@alvaro1 You have caught one of the activation bugs and need to follow this procedure:
If you are planning to transfer a number to Public Mobile DO NOT do that when activating. Take a temporary number and initiate the transfer from tour account once you are sure everything is working. Do not close your old account; that happens automatically.
Check your credit card to see if a payment has been taken. If yes, do not pay again.

There may be a problem with the servers.
When did you buy your sim?
