I am not able to use my phone at home. 
my community has been connected to Bell in March 2020. My phone works 15 km from here but not here with the Bell tower.

Where are you located?

 

Edit:

If your bell tower is new it may not have any 3G network connectivity.

Telus and Bell share the same cell towers so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Go to your Cellular Network and switch to 3G as noted by others.

did you check if your account status showing Active?

 

There is no wireless outage according to Telus Status.  Where are you at (province/city)?

 

Try to change your Preferred network to 3G ONLY or WCDMA ONLY. 

If still not works, try reseating your SIM (power off the phone, take the SIM out for a minute before putting it back and power up the phone)

If you have another phone around, you can also try to put your PM sim into it and see if it works

If you have any friends in your community using Telus or Koodo or Bell, ask them if they have problem
