I am trying to get into my other account, but the PIN is going to a phone number that is not my phone number with you. How do I get the PIN

if the phone number where the PIN is sent is not correct and you don't have a choice to get the code via email, you will have to ask PM to sort this out for you

If you click on "Didn't Get The Code" there should be two options. Send to Email, Send to Voicemail. If you don't have email, send to voicemail. Then you can call your phone from another and check your voicemail for the code.
Then when you finally get in, you can change the number HERE to your number.
