E-SIM issue

cookiemonsta97

my device has not been able to use an e-sim and it does not have a physical sim. This has resulted in me having to purchase multiple e-sim's on Public Mobile. Is there a way I could get a refund?

I suggest you order a Public Mobile sim from Amazon for under $5...free shipping if you or friend has a Prime account. Alternative; see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area...they usually have the sims.

After you successfully activate your new account, message Customer Support and request credit to your new account for the esims you paid for.

I believe that the customer @cookiemonsta97 may be trying to say that the phone doesn't have a SIM card slot.

@cookiemonsta97 , yes, you can.  As long as you change eSIM with a valid reason, you can ask PM for a reimbursement.

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:
