My auto-payment didn't work.
I switched to a new credit card.
The new one doesn't go through either.
Why?

Also try in private mode or incognito or whatever it's called on your browser. So you successfully changed the card on your account? But now it won't actually do the payment? Are you paying for at least your plan amount? Not less?

so, you manage to add the card without problem?
wait a full hour first before you try again ONCE om My Account.
If it still fails, try pay by *611 if you know the 4 digits pin.
if fails still, open ticket with PM support and they can find out what the issue is

I tried to reactivate by clicking the button, and click makepayment.
It keeps on failing.
I'm doing this on my computer.

you've been here long enough to know that Autopay can fail.
You can go to retail outlet such as Shell Gas and get payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add them to your account. Deal with credit card issue, at your leisure.

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary

When autopay fails it won't try again. You need to do a manual payment. Was it the manual payment that didn't work? Are you attempting the payment on a mobile browser or other? Sometimes mobile browsers can be problematic.
