I created an account with public mobile for my mother. My credit card expired. I need to re enter it so her service will work. But i cant remember the email or password we used. Why cant i just speak to an agent on the phone please help

You will need your mother’s security PIN for a CS_Agent assess you.

PM is an entirely online support prepaid service. You'll need to create a ticket or send support an email to get help. Hope they can help you by giving them the phone #.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.
