Hi all,
I have auto-pay setup, have already gone through a few cycles of the 3 month pre-paid, haven't changed anything on my account.
It's one day past my billing cycle and my account is suspended for some reason. I added the amount due to my account, and it still is suspended.
Looks like auto-pay doesn't work, haven't had available data since Sunday 😞
Anyone have options to fix?

Normally, I would have said it's just a display issue of "expired" status on your renewal date, but since your service is actually not working, then you'll need the help of a moderator.
