The account for my Public Mobile number was created with a spelling mistake in my email address. This prevents any form of Login although my credit card payments are made and my phone works.
I created this new account but cannot associate my cell phone number with it. What can be doe to fix my account?

If you CANNOT access self-serve to update the e-mail address, reach out to customer support and ask them to update the correction for you.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
