Hi, I changed my Subscription to a lower level but still got charged for the old subscription. I tried to put in a ticket but get an Error XXX code, I did everything asked but cannot submit a ticket. How do I speak to a Billing representative?
Hi, thanks for all your help. I'm sorry for the delay in replying. I had an unexpected visitor from out of country. I was reading the billing wrong so all is well with this issue.
Do you see the overpaid amount in your balance? The difference between the old plan and the new plan? If so then just leave it there for your next renewal.
The only thing I'd like to add is if you changed your subscription during the middle of a current subscription and had it start right away or even start it the next day or so... there would be a double charge.
