Purchased a 20$ voucher, registered into account, can't log in. Phone is not connected to a network, can't use 611.
selfserve.publicmobile.ca DOES NOT work.

Glad to hear I am not the only one facing issues with the Payment tonight.
My new Account is missing the 'Add Funds Via Credit Card' Option, as well as the Spot to Create/Change your Account PIN.
When Calling 611, it asks for my PIN which I never set up, preventing me from adding funds to my account from there too.. 😕

@phonework why phone cannot connect to a network?
try your PM sim card in another phone, and you can try to change the network selection to Manual and change to Manual and select Public Mobile
for My Account login , what error you got? You can first try to Forgot email link ( https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotemail?locale=en&ForceAuth=true ) and then Forgot password link ( https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotpassword?locale=en&ForceAuth=true ) on the login page there. They will send you the "hints" to the correct email address associated
If that does not help, please open ticket with PM support
