Phone Number transferred from another carrier but public mobile app crashed upon getting esim. now sending code to phone numner that isnt active under any sim.
Anyone else encounter this?
How to fix..?

HI @Kanika88
check sim manager on your phone, check if Public Mobile esim already instead. Enable it if you see it
If you don't see the esim installed, check the emai, PM might have sent you an eSIM QR code in the welcome email
if not there, too, then ask PM support agent help. Message them here
