Hello I need to speak to a customer support representative. My main account has been compromised my old phone was hacked I lost all emails 2fas passwords accounts everything even money my kids savings were stolen. Apparently the one who did didn't want me to have internet access so it took two months to get a new phone I still have my number but I cannot access my main public mobile account cause I no longer know the password and can't use forgot password cause of the email is comprised. Can Ii please speak to someone to change the email and password linked to my phone number please thanks

@J00876 , just as important as reclaiming your cell account, you need to lock down your bank accounts until you take back control of your logins.

Only way to contact agent is through on-line system. Agent can change password for you and grant you access to your account.
To Contact CSA-agent there are 2 methods:

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

@J00876 sorry, PM support is all online. But getting another email linked to PM account is easy, just submit ticket and all will be sorted out in couple hours
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
