Hi there,
How do I cancel my account? I moved from Public Mobile to a new provider and want to confirm account cancellation.
I cannot login anymore and get to my account details/billing info.
I cannot seem to reach any person, or access the support ticket feature without getting an error. I tried a private message to CS_Agent but that so far has not worked.
Maybe someone can help me here.

Once you port your number to another carrier then your account is cancelled, SIM is rendered useless and no access to your closed account. All information on your account will be deleted.

number ported and account would be closed. Cannot login is a good sign as your account is closed hence cannot login
you just need to keep an eye on Credit card and PM won't charge you again.
Just in case they still charge you later, then submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
