Hello, I just tried to activate a second PM SIM card I received for my wife. However, at the last step, it failed with the error message:
"- Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank">publicmobile.ca/community for assistance."
I've searched around and there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer on how to resolve this.
I've opened a ticket however based on my experience with my own SIM card activation, the wait time is very long (a few days) before there is any response.
Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

The activation has been completed but there were some issues with the port request.

Hi jmb2027,
Normally I'd say "Hey! One of the mods will hit you up in a few minutes." but sadly, that's not the case right now. They're currently backlogged with support requests due to the promotion and some issues that have arisen.
That being said, email support has always been much slower. You can PM one of the mods and tag one here if you'd like, but it may be a day or two before you see a response from them. Just fair warning.

I'm confused.
So far, I've gotten rewards for
1) Autopay
2) one referral
However, my rewards indicate
- $6 Autopay reward (correct)
- $6 Referral reward (shouldn't this only be $3 for one referral?)
- $6 available fund (shouldn't this be $9?)
- $102 estimated payment (shouldn't this be $101?)
Here's a snapshot - not sure if anyone else is experiencing this as well?
