Hello,
I have several accounts for employees and family. I am able to access all but one. I tried password reset but have forgot the email to this account. My granddaughters is the one I cannot access. How can I get the payment information updated?

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
And, if you need to make payment urgently to resume service, you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
